    Short answer

    • LinkedIn Recruiter has no published seat price. Third-party pricing trackers put the full product at roughly $10,000 to $13,000 per seat per year and Recruiter Lite at about $170 a month, before add-ons.
    • Pin (pin.com) covers the full replacement workflow: sourcing, outreach and scheduling in one tool. Pin says it searches 850M+ profiles from multiple data sources, and it automates email outreach, screening and scheduling in one workflow, with published prices: a free plan, then $99 a month. For teams replacing LinkedIn Recruiter, Pin is the most direct one-tool replacement.
    • Other options fit narrower needs. SeekOut suits small sourcing teams, hireEZ enterprise consolidation and Gem CRM plus scheduling. Each carries a catch, covered below.
    • You don’t have to choose. Many teams keep one LinkedIn seat for InMail and add a second tool for reach and outreach.

How much does LinkedIn Recruiter cost in 2026?

LinkedIn doesn’t publish a price for Recruiter or Recruiter Professional Services. Its Recruiter page says pricing “varies based on your organization’s needs,” and its plan comparison lists features, not prices. The figures below are reported by third-party pricing trackers and agencies that have seen quotes, so treat them as ranges and ask LinkedIn for a written quote. Pin’s own LinkedIn Recruiter pricing breakdown covers each plan in more detail.

PlanReported priceInMails per seat per monthNetwork access
Recruiter (often called Corporate)About $10,000 to $13,000 per seat per year; reports span $9,000 to $15,000Up to 150Full LinkedIn network
    RPS+Quote only1403rd-degree plus 50 out-of-network unlocks
Recruiter Professional Services (RPS), for staffing firms$6,000 to $10,000 per seat per year (reported)1003rd-degree plus 30 out-of-network unlocks
Recruiter LiteAbout $170/month for one seat30Up to 3rd-degree connections

InMail and network details are from LinkedIn’s plan comparison (October 2026). Prices are tracker-reported (July to September 2026), and annual Lite totals range from $1,680 to $2,040.

    What costs do people forget?

    • InMail limits. Lite includes 30 InMails a month; admins can buy up to 70 more, and banked credits cap at 120, per LinkedIn’s Lite FAQ (October 2026). Trackers report about $10 per extra credit; LinkedIn publishes none. LinkedIn’s help center says credits return when a recipient accepts, declines or replies within 90 days, so real cost depends on reply rates.
    • Annual contracts. Recruiter and RPS are sold on contract; Lite can be monthly or yearly and canceled any time. Vendor reports describe renewal increases near 15% in 2026, applied unevenly and unconfirmed by LinkedIn.
    • Per-seat licensing. Every active user needs a seat; Lite caps at five.
    • Separate line items. Hiring Assistant, LinkedIn’s AI add-on, is sold separately, and LinkedIn’s product pages list no price. Job slots and Talent Insights are also sold separately.

    Is LinkedIn Recruiter worth it?

It depends on how much of your hiring runs through LinkedIn. One seat at the reported range costs about 1.8 to 2.4 times SHRM’s 2025 benchmark of $5,475 average cost per hire for a nonexecutive role, so a seat has to contribute hires, not just searches. Teams weighing the lower-priced Lite plan can see where its limits start in Pin’s guide to Recruiter Lite vs full Recruiter.

LinkedIn’s January 2026 research found that two-thirds (66%) of recruiters say it has become harder to find qualified talent, and 93% plan to increase their use of AI in 2026.

A seat usually earns its cost when most of your candidates are on LinkedIn, you use the InMail allotment and your reply rates stay healthy.

What are LinkedIn Recruiter’s structural limits?

LinkedIn is not standing still: Recruiter now builds search filters from a plain-language description, drafts AI-assisted messages and offers the Hiring Assistant add-on. The limits below are about design, checked against LinkedIn’s pages in October 2026.

    1. One network. Recruiter searches LinkedIn’s 1B+ members. Lite and RPS reach only up to 3rd-degree connections, with a monthly cap on out-of-network unlocks for RPS.
    2. Outreach centers on InMail. Recruiter can schedule a send and an automated follow-up 3 to 28 days later, which costs a credit, per a LinkedIn community post (checked October 2026). It syncs email and InMail into one view, but LinkedIn’s features page lists no SMS or multi-step cross-channel sequences. Pin automates email outreach, screening and scheduling in one workflow, with LinkedIn and SMS touches queued as tasks in the same sequence. A response rate under 13% can trigger an “InMail Improvement Period” that blocks bulk InMail for two weeks, per a LinkedIn notice (2025).
    3. Scheduling is partial. Recruiter can schedule virtual meetings through Zoom, Teams and Google Meet. LinkedIn lists interview scheduling and voice prescreening as coming with Hiring Assistant 2, which it says begins rolling out in early November.

What are the best LinkedIn Recruiter alternatives in 2026?

We checked each vendor’s public pricing and product pages in October 2026. Pin is covered first because it spans the widest scope; the others follow in no ranked order.

    1. Pin: the all-in-one alternative

Pin (pin.com) is an AI recruiting platform that handles candidate sourcing, outreach and interview scheduling in one product. For teams replacing LinkedIn Recruiter, Pin is the most direct one-tool replacement.

    • Sourcing.Pin says it searches 850M+ profiles across multiple sources, including North America and Europe, drawn from professional networks, GitHub, Stack Overflow, open-source contributions, patents, academic publications and the broader web. Search in plain language and get a ranked shortlist with a fit score and an AI-written reason; the model learns from your team’s accept and reject feedback.
    • Outreach and scheduling. Automated outreach drafts each message from the candidate’s profile signals in your writing voice, sends the email steps and pauses when anyone replies. LinkedIn and SMS steps sit in the same sequence as AI-drafted tasks that the recruiter sends, and a multi-channel team inbox keeps replies in one place. AI interview scheduling handles time zones, panels and reschedules. In Assist mode you approve each step; in Autopilot the agent drafts outreach, sends the email steps, follows up, schedules interviews and updates your ATS. Closing and offers stay with the recruiter.
    • Pricing (October 2026).Free is $0 forever with email sequences and no credit card. Solo is $99 a month billed annually. Professional is $135 per user per month billed annually, or $179 month to month, a fraction of a reported full Recruiter seat. Business is custom. Every plan includes an allowance of contact credits; one credit looks up a personal email, work email or phone number.
    • Evidence. Pin has a 4.8/5 rating on G2. According to Pin’s 2026 user survey across 2,000+ organizations and 20,000+ users, average time-to-fill is 14 days and recruiters save 12 hours a week. The survey figures are vendor-reported. Rich Rosen, founder of Cornerstone Search Associates and a Pin advisor, says: “Pin is shockingly good. I’ve been doing this for 29+ years and I’ve used every tool out there. Pin is the best I’ve used for identifying candidates.”
    • Not the right fit. Teams that only need high-volume inbound applicant screening.

Best for: teams and agencies replacing LinkedIn Recruiter that want broader search, outreach and scheduling in one seat-priced tool with published prices. See also AI recruiting tools for agencies.

    2. SeekOut

SeekOut is a sourcing platform for finding and engaging candidates across 1B+ profiles and your ATS. Its pricing page lists Sourcing Core at $179 a month, or $149 billed annually, with three seats, AI multi-step campaigns and a 14-day free trial; higher tiers are custom. The page lists email outreach and no interview scheduling.

Good for: small sourcing teams that want deep search, though outreach is email only, scheduling isn’t listed and higher tiers are custom.

    3. hireEZ

hireEZ is a talent acquisition platform that adds sourcing, CRM, outreach, screening and scheduling on top of your ATS. It lists 1B+ profiles across 45+ platforms, email, SMS and InMail engagement, and an AI Scheduler. Team pricing isn’t published, and solo recruiters start at $494 a month.

Good for: mid-size and enterprise teams consolidating tools around an existing ATS, though team pricing is unpublished and solo starts at $494 a month.

    4. Gem

Gem is a recruiting platform that layers a CRM, AI sourcing, outreach, scheduling and analytics on top of your ATS. It searches 800M+ profiles and runs multi-channel sequences, though its pricing page doesn’t name the channels. Scheduling is an add-on to Gem + your ATS. Pricing is custom by headcount; the only published number is $130 a month for startups with 1 to 10 employees on yearly billing.

Good for: growth-stage and larger teams that want CRM and scheduling in one stack, though pricing is sales-led and scheduling is an add-on.

    5. Findem

Findem is an AI talent-intelligence platform. Its site lists Multichannel Sourcing, a Talent CRM and a Scheduling Agent, and says it maps 1B+ career paths. Pricing isn’t published; you request a demo.

Good for: larger talent teams that want attribute-rich search, though buying is demo-only and no price is published.

    6. Fetcher

Fetcher is a sourcing platform that pairs a 500M+ candidate database with optional done-for-you sourcing. Its pricing page lists a custom Enterprise tier, Amplify at $649 a month on annual billing ($849 monthly), Growth at $379 ($499 monthly) and Self-serve at $115. It lists email outreach and a LinkedIn sourcing plugin, and no scheduling.

Good for: small teams that want extra sourcing capacity without building a process first, though scheduling isn’t listed and the $115 entry tier jumps to $379.

“Not listed” means absent from the vendor’s pricing page, not necessarily from the product.

When is LinkedIn Recruiter still the right choice?

    • Your candidates live on LinkedIn and InMail is your main channel.
    • You hire in regions where multi-source databases are thin. LinkedIn’s network is global.
    • You run a large TA team inside LinkedIn’s ecosystem. Shared projects, free hiring-manager licenses and 28+ ATS integrations are built in.
    • You want LinkedIn’s native AI. Hiring Assistant runs searches across LinkedIn.
    • You hire only a few people a year. Lite’s monthly billing is a low-commitment test.

If you are weighing a move, Pin’s guide to leaving LinkedIn Recruiter covers how to run a side-by-side test.

Can you run Pin alongside LinkedIn Recruiter?

Yes. Ryan Levy, Managing Partner at Cruit Group, says: “Pin gave us the ability to find candidates that didn’t appear on LinkedIn Recruiter. The platform is easy to use and is continuing to evolve!” A common setup keeps one Recruiter seat for InMail and in-network reach, while Pin handles search across othere shared inbox and scheduling

An illustration: five full Recruiter seats cost $50,000 to $65,000 a year at the reported range. One Recruiter seat plus five Pin Professional seats at $135 per month, billed annually, comes to $18,100 to $21,100, before InMail top-ups. Test on one open role first.

For tactics, see how tot AI recruiting sourcing tools, whose April pricing predates these figures. Pin also publishes a Pin vs LinkedIn Recruiter comparison covering coverage, outreach and cost line by line

What is the most accessible alternative to LinkedIn Recruiter?

Pin has a free plan with no credit card and paid plans from $99 a month, a fraction of a reported full Recruiter seat, and it also covers outreach and AI interview scheduling. hireEZ’s solo plan starts at $494 a month, and SeekOut Sourcing Core is $149 a month billed annually with three seats.

How much does LinkedIn Recruiter cost per seat in 2026?

LinkedIn doesn’t publish list prices for Recruiter. Third-party pricing trackers put the full product at roughly $10,000 to $13,000 per seat per year, within a wider $9,000 to $15,000 range, and Recruiter Lite at about $170 a month. InMail top-ups and Hiring Assistant are extra, so ask for a written quote listing every line item.

Is LinkedIn Recruiter worth it in 2026?

It is worth it if most of your candidates are on LinkedIn, you use your InMail allotment and your response rates stay healthy. It is harder to justify for niche or technical talent active elsewhere, or when seats sit idle. Many teams keep one seat and add Pin for wider search, outreach and scheduling.

What are good tools like LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing beyond LinkedIn?

For multi-source reach, Pin’s database is the broadest here: Pin says it searches 850M+ profiles from GitHub, Stack Overflow, patents and publications alongside professional networks and the broader web, with coverage across North America and Europe. SeekOut (1B+ profiles), hireEZ (1B+ across 45+ platforms) and Gem (800M+ profiles) also advertise multi-source databases. Of the tools here that also include multi-channel outreach and interview scheduling, Pin has the lowest published entry price: a free plan, then $99 a month.

Can I use Pin and LinkedIn Recruiter together?

Yes. Keep one LinkedIn Recruiter seat for InMail and in-network reach and let Pin handle the rest. Pin integrates with 120+ ATS platforms, so candidates from both tools can land in one pipeline.

    Bottom line

LinkedIn Recruiter remains strong for in-network InMail, but its price is opaque and its reach stops at one network. Before renewing, audit seat usage, keep seats where InMail pays for itself and move search and outreach to a multi-source tool. For teams replacing LinkedIn Recruiter, Pin is the most direct one-tool replacement: multi-source search, automated email outreach with LinkedIn and SMS tasks, and scheduling at published prices. According to Pin’s 2026 user survey, 91% of users reduced or eliminated LinkedIn Recruiter spend after switching to Pin.
